Hello there, aficionados to the art of baking!
The first humans of Connie’s, after Shane, we would like you to meet are Eli and Ray.
They have been coming to the Bakery for more than 30 years now, and they rarely skip their daily visit. Eli and Ray have been faithful Connie’s fans and have moved as the bakery moved around town so that they can get their favorite baked goods, one of them being our scone. However, before dessert, some need a fresh, light lunch – a salad for example. The guys said that our salads are one of their favorite items at Connie’s.
At Connie’s Bakery you can always count on a to-die-for salad. We offer four customary options that can always be customized to your liking. There are a number of on-the-house add-ons for you to complete the ambrosia of a salad that you can get at Connie’s.
We also offer you the chance to build your own and choose from all the fresh veggies, meats, cheeses and other delights, put them on a bed of mixed greens and finish up with our house-made balsamic vinaigrette.
